Payment Options

Many US banks are blocking their clients credit cards when  payments are made to companies outside of the USA. If you find that your payment is not authorized by our Spanish bank we suggest you contact your credit card issuer and ask them if there is a block on foreign payments. If there is then you will obviously need to get it lifted before our checkout system can authorize a payment on your credit card.

We can take either Visa or Mastercard credit cards. At the end of checkout you will be redirected to our banks secure server - https://www.caixagalicia.es - where you can complete the payment with your credit card details. At no point do we have access to your sensitive credit card information such as the number or date of expiry. You input this data onto the banks secure server and we do not have any knowledge of it.

Payment using Moneybookers

• First you sign up with Moneybookers. Click here to go to their website. Once signed up with Moneybookers you will need to upload funds to your account - you ca do this either by bank transfer (free) or by credit card (3% commission). Once you have loaded your Moneybookers account with funds you can send a payment to us via email.
   

• On the positive side the security at Moneybookers is probably the best we have come across. On the negative side signing up with Moneybookers can be a little slow - it can take 4-5 days before you are able to make online payments. We encourage you to work at it because once signed up and verified by Moneybookers you are using a system that is 100% secure.
   

• Some of our customers from the USA have told us that there are dollar limits on how much they can spend per month with Moneybookers. Our advice is drop them an email to find out what the current situation is because the limits seem to change arbitrarily over time. The situation for clients from Europe is that there are limits too as to how much money can be sent but the limits are much higher and not as restrictive as in the USA.
