"I paid good money for my cigars, I want to make sure I get my order safely delivered."  Of course you do and we want you to get your cigars, enjoy them and come back for more. Occasionally, however, parcels do go missing - such are the Laws of Physics.
 

We give you the following guarantee...

• If your parcel does not arrive we will either replace your parcel or refund your money.
   
• How long will this take? For countries within the European Union you need to allow 10 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the date of posting before beginning an investigation into your missing parcel. For countries outside of the European Union we ask for 14 business days from the time of posting (not including weekends and public holidays).
   
• If you have not received your parcel in the above stated times please contact us and let us know. We will begin an investigation.
   
• If after 6 weeks from the time of your initial order your cigars have not arrived we will issue a full refund to you.
   
• How common is this situation? For delivery within the European Union (excluding the UK) we have lost two parcels in five years. For delivery to the UK we lose about 0.5% of parcels either through internal theft in the mail system or to UK Customs. For delivery to the USA about 1 in every 500 parcels go missing. • All of our parcels require a signature. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel at the predicted delivery time otherwise the post office of your country return the parcel to us. For example, the Royal Mail in the UK will hold a registered parcel for 7 days before returning to sender.
