Pablamos Cigars have been selling Havana cigars on line since 2002. Many of you will know that during this time we used Paypal as our payment provider. Unfortunately due to the fact that Paypal are a US company and Cuban goods are embargoed we had to stop using Paypal and switch to our present system.
